Assistant Professor
University of Minnesota
University of Minnesota, United States
I graduated from the University of Florida medical school in 2010, and proceeded to finish my Internship and Radiology residency at the University of Florida. I then finished my Interventional Radiology fellowship at the University of Minnesota in 2016 and joined the staff at the University of Minnesota the following year.
My interest lies in clinical and translational research. My focus has been in the areas of interventional oncology, portal hypertension, and advanced emboltherapy. I have published 39 papers, 33 of which I’m the first author on. I sit on committees for GEST, SIR, and ARRS, and have presented 36 abstracts at national and international meetings. I have had the opportunity to initiate and participate in multiple prospective trials in the last couple years, four of which are posted on clinicaltrials.gov. For this work I have gone through the process of obtaining three investigatory device exemptions from the FDA.
