Vania Tacher, MD, PhD is a radiologist and interventional radiologist at the University Hospital Henri Mondor in Créteil in France.
Dr V. Tacher received her medical training in Marseille in France. She completed the residency program in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology in Paris. She also completed a clinical fellowship in diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology at the Henri Mondor hospital.
Most recently, she served as the chief of the interventional radiology unit at the Henri Mondor hospital.
Dr Tacher Vania primary research includes 3D image guidance for interventional radiology procedures and on robotics development. She accomplished two years research fellowship at Johns Hopkins hospital in the department of interventional radiology of the professor j-F Geschwind.
Dr Tacher is a member of numerous professional and scientific organizations as the “Société francophone d’imagerie cardiovasculaire diagnostique and interventionnelle”; the French society of cardiovascular and interventional imaging and interventional radiology.
She widely published in radiology journals as Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology and serves as a reviewer for several scientific publications. She has authored textbook chapters.
She is an invited faculty member and speaker at several national and international scientific meetings.
