Siobhan M. Flanagan, MD is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Staff Interventional Radiologist at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. She is an adult and pediatric interventional radiologist and serves as the director of Interventional Radiology at the West Bank UMMC campus and is the director of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. She completed her radiology residency at the University of Minnesota, her adult interventional radiology fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and her pediatric radiology fellowship at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital of Stanford University. Her interests include visceral venous recanalization, portal venous interventions, lymphatic interventions, vascular malformations, and interventional oncology. She has been voted MSP/St. Paul magazine Top Doctor Rising Star for the last four years and Minnesota Monthly Top Doctor for the last three years.
